Why CPR matters
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving technique useful in many emergencies, including a heart attack or near drowning, in which someone's breathing or heartbeat has stopped. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest. We provide comprehensive training for all.
Did you know only 18% of Americans are up to date in CPR? Did you know that when you perform CPR on someone it is most likely that that it is most likely to occur in a private setting or a residence. There is an 80% chance you will perform it on a friend or love one?
Our CPR courses
GRA's CPR Plus offers a variety of courses designed to meet the needs of different individuals and professions. All our courses are taught by certified instructors, providing practical, hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
HearstSaver Courses
Essential CPR and first aid skills for non-healthcare professionals and the general public. Courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs an OSHA-compliant course completion card for CPR training—or anyone who simply wants to be ready to respond in an emergency.

Healthcare provider BLS
Advanced CPR and life support for doctors, nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare providers. The American Heart Association’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate breaths and ventilations, and provide early use of an AED. The course reflects science and education from the 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).
